"In each of us there is another whom we do not know. He speaks to us in dreams and tells us how differently he sees us from the way we see ourselves."

Leftward Spiral created spontaneously in sand by a client. In Jungian psychology, the spiral symbolizes inner development: we return to familiar places in ourselves again and again—each time with greater awareness and depth.
ABOUT ME
We are not problems to be fixed. We are living, feeling beings — certainly complex, but not “complicated”.
My path to becoming a Jungian analyst was not linear. Born in Italy, I first trained as a development economist and worked for many years in international development across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. That work — grounded in concrete projects and human relationships — gave deep meaning to my life. This was the period in which I became father of two children, an internally quiet and deep transformative experience.
Over time, growing in my career, I realised that the question that had accompanied me since youth — how to live a meaningful and fulfilling life — could not be answered through external achievement alone.
This is what led me to Jungian analysis.
What began as a personal exploration gradually became a vocation. I trained at the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich and later gained clinical experience in a psychiatric setting in Geneva.
Today, I work with individuals seeking greater self-understanding, with professionals navigating transitions, with high-profile expatriates, with refugees, and with artists exploring their creative process. I also lead dream groups for people interested in the language of the unconscious.
At the heart of my work is the creation of a protected analytical space — a temenos — where one can speak freely, where something deeper may unfold, and where a more meaningful relationship to one’s own life can gradually emerge.
A place where compassion replaces judgement.
THE WAY I UNDERSTAND JUNGIAN ANALYSIS
Life does not unfold in a straight line. At times, something within us feels uncertain, heavy, or out of tune. These moments are often signals that parts of ourselves are asking to be heard.
In Jungian analysis, we work with the living, feeling reality of your inner world.
Rather than suppressing our strong emotions—what Jung called complexes—we learn to understand them, accept them and enter into a dialogue with them. Emotions are forms of energy: when ignored, they continue to influence us from the unconscious; when understood, they become sources of insight and transformation.
Through attention to daily life, recurring patterns, dreams and inner images, we gradually learn to recognize the manifestations of the unconscious, allowing us to uncover hidden meanings and integrate different parts of personality. This process supports greater clarity, inner balance, and a deeper relationship with yourself and others.
HOW JUNGIAN ANALYSIS AND THERAPY WORK
Every analysis begins with careful attention to your lived experience. We explore what Jung called the Persona — the way we present ourselves to others and we wish to be seen.
From there, we gradually approach what Jung described as the Shadow: not only what feels difficult or unacceptable, but also the vitality and untapped potential that so often lie hidden there. Over time, other archetypal patterns may emerge — Anima/Animus, and others.
At the same time, Jungian work invites us to listen to another dimension of experience: the presence of the unconscious in everyday life.
Dreams and inner images are among the most direct expressions of the unconscious, speaking through image and symbolic language rather than logical reasoning. Together, we explore these images and symbols carefully and respectfully, allowing their meaning to unfold over time.
When dreams are not easily remembered, other expressive pathways offered - as an example work with images, sandplay and others.
Where appropriate, I bring attention to the Body. Emotions are often held in the body, and turning awareness toward physical sensations can help them find expression. I draw on authentic movement and bioenergetics. As C.G. Jung said: "Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain."
As the analysis deepens, we may begin to notice meaningful coincidences — what Jung called synchronicities — moments when inner and outer events seem to mirror one another in unexpected ways. These can offer glimpses into the deeper movements of your psyche.
THE AIM OF THE WORK
By learning to recognize the language of the unconscious and the images it continually offers, you gradually develop a more conscious relationship with yourself — sometimes even changing perspective - allowing you to live with greater clarity, authenticity, and balance.
You learn to hold the tensions between the opposites in us. This process unfolds step by step, allowing meaning to emerge naturally. The aim of this work is not perfection, but greater awareness.
WHO SEEKS JUNGIAN ANALYSIS
People come to analysis for many reasons. Often, they are:
- Individuals: in life transitions, facing a lack of meaning, feeling lost or stuck, in inner conflicts or overwhelmed by emotions, or desiring/needing to move toward a new phase of life (personal transformation);
- Professionals and leaders: due to my own experience as an international manager, I had many of them. They were seeking deeper leadership self-awareness, or affected by decision fatigue, while navigating complex responsibilities and demanding roles;
- Artists and creative individuals: interested in the link between creativity and inner life, drawn to the symbolic language of dreams and to symbolic imagination, and to the work on the images produced by the unconscious (artistic process).
You do not need to be in a crisis to begin this work. Many people come simply because they feel called to understand and discover themselves more deeply.
LANGUAGES OF ANALYSIS
Sessions are available in: English French, Spanish and Italian.
HOW TO BEGIN
If this approach resonates with you, we can begin with an initial conversation in person or online. The first meeting is an opportunity to speak about what brings you here, ask questions, and explore whether this way of working feels right for you. Together, we can decide whether continuing to work would be meaningful.
