LEARN MORE ABOUT MANUELAI am an independent spirit, a mother and a seasoned professional.
Doctor in Law of the University of Milan, I worked five years in finance, before joining and serving for over three decades the European project, in different roles ranging from the enforcement of legality and compliance to negotiation and out-of-court mediation.
My research around the psychological roots of conflict lead me to Analytical Psychology and to the Carl Gustav Jung Institute of Zürich.
I trained as a Jungian Psychoanalyst, completing the required clinical internships in Switzerland, and in parallel I cooperated with NGO's offering emotional support to vulnerable groups.
Until 2024, as a Personal Development Analysts of the IMD (International Institute for Management Development), I accompanied young managers in transition to higher responsibilities or simply keen to explore their depths and fully develop their potential.
Today, I am an Accredited Analyst of the C.G. Jung Institute Zürich and a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
I propose Jungian analysis, Psychoanalytical counselling or Coaching in view of personal or professional development, depending on the needs of the individuals.
My approach is grounded in Analytical Psychology and focuses on creating a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, reflective space, where people can be themselves and speak openly and honestly, and where unconscious material can gradually become conscious.
This approach can be fruitful for people experiencing emotional distress of various nature, couples in relational tension, individuals in transition, expatriates/internationally mobile individuals, people pursuing personal or professional growth, from any background, cultural tradition and belief.
Besides and beyond dialogue, we pay attention to the raw images provided by the unconscious - through dreams' exploration, symbolic and imaginal work, sandplay and other expressive methods, without neglecting emotional and bodily experience.
The aim of our work together is not to "fix" the persons, but rather to support their deeper relationship with their Self and therefore the unfolding of psychological wholeness.
We aim for a life with meaning, lived in full consciousness.
We aim for meaningful relationships.
We aim for completeness, not perfection.

LEARN MORE ABOUT LUIGIWe are not problems to be fixed. We are living, feeling beings — complex, not "complicated".
I have long been struck by how difficult it is to accept and integrate our contradictions, inconsistencies, and paradoxes: those parts of ourselves that ask for attention yet are often ignored.
My path to becoming a Jungian analyst was not linear. Born in Italy, my early professional life took me across continents. I trained as a development economist, earned a Diploma of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe, and worked in international development across South Asia, Southern Africa, the Indian Ocean region, and North Africa and the Middle East.
My work was grounded in concrete projects and in collaboration with people seeking to improve everyday living conditions — work that gave deep meaning to my life. Those years were rich in responsibility, discovery, and choice. They were also the years in which I became the father of two children, an experience that quietly transformed me.
Over time, my work moved away from the field into senior management with negotiation and institutional roles. Outwardly, things were progressing. Inwardly, however, I began to realise that the question that had accompanied me since youth — how to live a meaningful and fulfilling life — could not be answered through external achievement alone.
This is what led me to Jungian analysis.
What began as a personal exploration became a deeply transformative process, opening a different relationship to myself, to others, and to the unknown. Gradually, it became clear that this was not only a meaningful path for me, but also the way I wanted to work with others.
After a period of personal preparation, I trained at the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich and gained clinical experience in a psychiatric setting in Geneva. These experiences grounded my work both in the realities of human suffering and in the symbolic dimension of the psyche.
I have worked with individuals seeking greater self-understanding, professionals navigating transitions into leadership, refugees, expatriates, and artists exploring their creative process. I also lead dream groups for people interested in the language of the unconscious.
Today, I am an accredited Jungian analyst of the C. G. Jung Institute Zurich, a member of its Research Commission, and a voting member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology.
At the heart of my work is the creation of a protected analytical space — a temenos — where one can speak freely, where something deeper may begin to unfold, and where a more personal and meaningful relationship to one’s own life can gradually emerge.
A place where compassion replaces judgement.
