About Me

I am an independent spirit, a mother and a seasoned professional with a long-standing interest in human relationships, identity, and psychological development.

Doctor in Law of the University of Milan, I worked in finance before dedicating more than three decades to the European Union, where my roles evolved from compliance and legal enforcement to negotiation and mediation. Over the years, I became increasingly interested not only in resolving conflict, but in understanding the deeper psychological dynamics that shape human behaviour, and have an impact on relationships and emotional suffering.

My personal experience as a mother, a professional, and a long-term expatriate made me particularly sensitive to the challenges of adapting to different cultural environments, of balancing professional and personal life, and of coping with the sense of disconnection and loneliness that can emerge when one lives far from one's roots.

The growing interest in the psychological dimensions of human experience led me to Analytical Psychology and to the C.G. Jung Institute Zürich, where I trained as a Jungian analyst (IAAP).

Alongside my clinical internships in Switzerland, I collaborated with NGOs providing emotional support to vulnerable individuals and communities.

My research and clinical interests include identity formation, interpersonal relationships, the psychological roots of conflict, trauma, resilience, and the way individuals seek meaning and transformation throughout the different stages of their life.

Today, I accompany individuals and couples in a reflective and confidential therapeutic space where they can explore their inner world, better understand themselves, and reconnect with their own psychological resources.

My Work

As a Jungian analyst with an international professional background and a longstanding interest in the different dimensions of the human experience, I work with people from all orientations, traditions and horizons.

Until 2024, in my role of Personal Development Analyst at IMD Business School, I accompanied young professionals and managers in periods of transition, change of responsibilities and personal development.

This experience deepened my interest in the psychological challenges associated with the passage from young adulthood to mature adulthood - a phase of life in which often very important personal, relational, and professional choices need to be made.

This specific focus led me to reflect on the impact that accelerated social, economic, and technological transformations may have on the inner life of younger generations, particularly in a world that tends to encourage performance, acceleration, and external success at the expenses of psychological grounding and meaning.

Today, I accompany individuals and couples of different ages and backgrounds who may be facing emotional distress or challenges in their personal or professional relationships, or find themselves overwhelmed by periods of transition, inner conflict, or existential questioning. I also work with people who are not necessarily in crisis, but wish to pursue deeper self-knowledge, personal growth, and psychological development.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in Analytical Psychology and focuses on creating a safe, reflecting environment where unconscious material can gradually become conscious.

The session provides a confidential, non-judgemental space where people can speak freely and explore their inner experience with honesty and curiosity, at their own pace.

Our work together involves therapeutic dialogue and reflection, but also attention to the symbolic and imaginal language of the unconscious, through dreams' exploration, imagination, artwork, body awareness, sandplay and other expressive modalities. Together, we seek to better understand the emotional patterns and unconscious dynamics that influence life from beneath the surface of conscious awareness.

The aim is not to 'solve' the persons, but to support their deeper relationship with their Self, fostering the unfolding of psychological wholeness. It is a pursue of completeness, rather than perfection.

I propose Jungian analysis, Psychoanalytical counselling or Coaching aimed to personal development, depending on the individual needs.

My approach has proven productive for individuals in transition, people experiencing emotional difficulty, couples in relational tension, people seeking personal growth, expatriates/internationally mobile individuals, from all cultural traditions and all horizons or orientations.

Sessions are generally weekly, last between 50 and 60 minutes, and are available in English, Italian, Spanish and French, both online and in person.
